My Own Experience

I first experienced Tibetan bowls sound healing from Giles, a soft-spoken French gentleman with a generous heart, and the spirit of joie de vivre. Giles discovered Tibetan bowls sound healing from Nicole, a woman who has been living in Nepal for more than 22 years. Giles was diagnosed with leukemia in 2009, Nicole brought a set of Tibetan bowls from Nepal to help him prepare for the lengthy treatment of bone marrow transplant and recovery. Giles's healer happened to be a friend of mine, upon hearing the magic calming meditative effects of the sound of Tibetan bowls, I asked Giles for a session.

During the session, I felt as if my entire being traveled to a different time and space - feeling totally content, complete, full of light. Never before have I experienced that deep state of peace and relaxation - as if my entire nerve system has been gently massaged, a new consciousness has been awakened... even a few years later, I could still vividly remember that moment.

It was a divine moment - a moment of light and peace, deeply connected to a higher vibration and cosmic intelligence. At that moment, it became my very wish that more people would experience this state of total surrender, freedom, peace and contentment.

A few months later in February 2010, I travelled to Kathmandu Nepal to study Tibetan bowls sound healing with Shree Shahi and Santa Ratna Shakya. It was a long long journey over the Himalayas and it was worth it!

It is my desire to pass on what I received to more people who are in search of healing and peace of mind...

PS. I was updated with Giles's recovery in the last few years and I saw him after his surgery in winter 2010. He is doing very well and in even greater lighter spirit. His courage, grace and thirst for a new life during the treatment is truly inspiring.
